Sign up for a chance to attend the NASA STEM Better Together for Mission Success virtual meeting!
The Office of STEM Engagement is excited to announce the NASA STEM: Better Together for Mission Success virtual meeting. (Sign up by April 28, 2021!)
The purpose of this event is to provide an experience that serves as a catalyst to establish and/or strengthen relationships between NASA and institutional researchers. Similar to a Technical Interchange Meeting (TIM), participants will be able to meet virtually and discuss potential research collaborations with mission critical NASA personnel and researchers.
NASA mission directorates and centers that will be present include the Science Mission Directorate (SMD), the Aeronautics Research Mission Directorate (ARMD), NASA Langley Research Center, NASA Glenn Research Center, NASA Ames Research Center, and NASA Armstrong Flight Research Center.
Participants will have the opportunity to engage in technical, multi-center research and design technical discussions that will take place in one-on-one and concurrent small group formats, allowing for meaningful connections to be made. Below are some examples of the research topics that will be discussed (subject to change):
- Sustainable aviation
- Quiet supersonic flight over land
- Future airspace
- Advanced air mobility
- Astrophysics (dark energy, black holes, galaxies, stars, and exoplanets)
- Biological and physical sciences
- Earth science
- Planetary science
June 24, 2021, 9 AM to 5 PM
