The Iowa NASA EPSCoR Office no longer administers R3 awards. Each Iowa institution is now able to submit up to 3 proposals to NASA directly. Please direct any questions to NASA and the contacts listed in the request for proposals. 

Eligibility: Jurisdictions that are EPSCoR eligible are able to compete. Each institution in Iowa is allowed to submit 3 proposals.

Funding:  It is anticipated that approximately (30) awards of up to $100,000 each for a period of performance not to exceed one year each. There is no cost-share requirement for these awards.
