The annual Iowa Academy of Science meeting on April 17, 2020 at Drake University, which was to include our first annual Research Development Symposium, has been canceled. We will update when the meeting is rescheduled.

NASA EPSCoR Research Award Solicitation
NASA EPSCoR has released the solicitation for the Research Cooperative Agreement Notice. Iowa NASA EPSCoR is now requesting pre-proposals to be submitted by January 10, 2020, to allow selection of one full proposal to be submitted for our jurisdiction.

The Iowa NASA EPSCoR office is creating a database for future collaboration between researchers in the state of Iowa. Part of the EPSCoR mission is to increase collaboration between not only educational institutions and NASA, but also industry across the state. When applying for grants, it is our hope to be able to help connect researchers and build these relationships.

Iowa NASA EPSCoR Economic Development (INEED) is now soliciting for Research Building Grant (RBG) LOIs. LOIs will be due November 18, 2019, with proposals due December 11, 2019.
